Welcome to The Lash Mirage! We strive to provide a luxurious and convenient mobile lash service. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, please review our booking policy below.

 

Booking and Deposits

1. Appointment Scheduling:

   • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards your final bill.

2. Appointments can be booked through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer service team directly.

3. Confirmation:

   • Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment.

   • Please verify the information and notify us immediately if any changes are needed.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

1. Cancellation Policy:

   • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid charges.

   • If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

2. Rescheduling Policy:

   • You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

   • Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost.

3. No-Show Policy:

   • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service amount.

Service Area and Travel Fees

1. Service Area:

   • The Lash Mirage provides mobile lash services within the greater Las Vegas area. We bring the salon experience to your home, office, or any location of your choice within our service radius.

2. Travel Fee:

   • Our pricing includes a 10% travel fee, which covers the cost of transporting our professional lash artists and equipment to your location.

3. Extended Travel:

   • For locations outside our standard service area, additional travel fees may apply. Please contact us for a quote if you are unsure whether your location is within our service area.

Gratuity

1. Included Gratuity:

   • A 20% gratuity is automatically included in our pricing. This ensures our lash artists are fairly compensated for their expertise and dedication to providing exceptional service.

   • Additional tips are always appreciated but not required.

Payment Methods

1. Payment Options:

   • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payment options.

   • Cash payments are also accepted but must be arranged in advance.

2. Final Payment:

   • The remaining balance after the deposit will be due at the time of service completion.

Client Preparation

1. Preparation for Your Appointment:

   • Please ensure that your lashes are clean and free of any makeup or residue prior to the appointment.

   • A comfortable and clean area should be provided for the lash artist to set up and perform the service.

2. Health and Safety:

   • Inform the lash artist of any allergies or sensitivities before the service begins.
